Q: I'm located in Los Angeles, can I stop by and pick up my jewelry?

A: Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accommodate customer pickups. If you would like your order hand delivered, we can arrange a messenger service for an additional fee. Please email beauluejewelry@gmail.com for details.

Q: Do you make custom engagement rings?

A: Not at the moment, however, we will be planing to take custom orders in the fureture.

Shipping

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm.

Please allow up to 2-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following week.

All domestic shipments are shipped via UPS.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please email beauluejewelry@gmail.com if you’d like your order shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International duties and taxes are calculated and included in your total at checkout.

If your country is not available to ship to, please email beauluejewelry@gmail.com and we will assist you with your purchase.
